Hi, my name is Dr. Alani Selland. I am originally from North Dakota where I grew up no stranger to animals. I attended Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota where I graduated with dual degrees in Biology and Chemistry. I later attended the University of Minesota and received my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. After graduation I worked in various veterinary fields, including equine medicine, emergency medicine, and general practice. I decided to join Seville Veterinary Hospital because I believe general small animal practice offers both the intellectual challenge of medical and surgical cases while allowing me to develop a strong bond with both patients and clients. Over the years I have learned so much about the wonderful clients and patients that visit SVH and it’s very exciting to be a member of this unique and kindhearted team. I currently live in Chandler, AZ with my husband- Aaron, our son- Edwin, and 4 dogs. Magnolia is our coonhound, Oliver is our yorkie-mix, Effie is our pomsky, and Bammie is our yorkie. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, horseback riding, and hiking.
